Shipping and Tracking:
𐂂 Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items
𐂂 Double check your order details and address, as I cannot change the address once I print the label
𐂂 All domestic orders come with a tracking (excluding smaller prints, stickers, and letters that are sent in an envelope without tracking)
𐂂 International orders do not track once they have left the United States. In some cases, your package may be held at your local post office without any notification. I recommend checking your post office for your item in person if it has not been delivered for a while!
Refunds and Returns:
𐂂 I am a small, independent business and unfortunately cannot offer full refunds or exchanges*
𐂂 All items are individually monitored for quality and securely packed, and responsibility for damage in transit is under the postal service.
*Contact me at luloobaby.com with an explanation and photos if there is a significant production error with your item or you received the wrong products. We can work out a refund (not including shipping costs) or exchange upon safe return of your item. I want all customers to be happy with their purchase, and I am open to working out a solution!
